Colby French Studies Department Scholarships and The Shareen Abbasy Fund for French and Francophone Studies

The French Studies Department offers two scholarships for participation in either of the FR127 or FR239 Jan Plan courses in Paris, France. In memory of Shareen Abbasy ’05, the Abbasey Fund was gifted from her estate to support one student enrolled in this course while a separate scholarship was established by the department, both in the amount of $1,000 each for two students.
